The first mushrooms you asked about is a coral fungus. Some of them can be slightly poisonous. Don't ask people on internet about mushrooms. If you can't identify it yourself don't eat it. However they are all edible once.

I say in the videos series usually somewhere. This is in August. I took 2 trips after this and I am edited til end of Jan. Bout to head to Dallas for a month. Can't be on the road and edit at the same time or I would lose lots of valuable time gettin. videos where I am at. I take trips and schedule ahead to keep videos out cause on the trips I am unable to stop to edit unless I have lots of rain days in a row while campin'. Most thank I just record and it automatically shoots to the clouds and post lol. There is way more to schedulin' than many thank. I have 2 channels and most could not keep up the pace that I do. I post 5 videos a week and do all my own filmin', editin' and comments. Also go live 3 times a week, 1 for everyone and 2 lives a week for the ones that are members to the monthly membership.

That mushroom you asked about is actually a delicious cauliflower mushroom, pretty rare where you are in this video, mostly found on the lower east coast by the Appalachian mountains. One mushroom can go for like $20.
