If you multi select the seeds you should be able to sell them. The gnomes don’t leave. Put them in your inventory and sell them.

Hey Ashley😊😊 How do you stop Npc Sims from wearing CC? It's so annoying when my townies or just any random sim walks by, looking horrible with a bunch of random CC layered together😢 Please can you help? You don't seem to have the same problem

Pretty sure she uses a no random townies mod where only certain townies are selected. You can do it with MCCC too
