Is every seed produces phenolic compounds? I have prepared the germination of seeds of mustard,gram etc but didn't seen the brown colour in media . BTW in the lab u r alone working!! What r u doing bro?

A question sir, with the addition of the activated carbon, what happens to the PGRs needed in media? Do the Auxins, Gibberellins & Cytokinins not get absorbed? Also can you please provide the papers for us Novices, thank you sir

Yes, a little amount of hormones do get absorbed. Thats why we keep changing media every week. And we stop adding charcoal after few cycles. You can contact me at [e-mail] for reference papers

Just autoclave for decontamination and wash with slight detergent and rinse with distilled water and dry it in hot air oven at 50 - 60 degrees for a day. Watch my video on how to avoid contamination for more ideas
