Hey. Very informative video. A quick question. Is there any option to send the generated document to someone who's email already available in the email coloumn in the same board? Please advice how we achieve this?

So glad this video was helpful! Yes, of course you can send it to them. You can just make an automation to send it and choose the email address from the email column that you have. You need some kind of trigger - like when status changes to "Send" then send the email

@@mastering-monday thank you for your reply, appreciated. In my case i have 3 email columns which are different against each line items meaning that if i have 10 line items them i would have 30 email addresses. How i will set the automation to fetch the data from relevant email colomn?

@@shoaibali278 If you need to send the same email to each email column, then just make the automation 3 times. If it is a different email to each column then you could do the following. So you will need to make a number of statuses and then set the automations to be something like this "When status changes to "send email - column 1", then send email. Your next automation would be '"when status changes to "send email - column 2", then send email. And so on...does that make sense and solve your issue?

@@mastering-monday yes it make sense. Does the automation centre allow to send the created document which is created in the attachment column along with that email which will send through automation?

@@shoaibali278 yes, you just need to pull in the placeholder of the column of that file column. Just just the way the email looks because it does not always look the best for the link to the doc.
