Thanks for the accurate tabs of this banger. For anyone wondering, in live vids, you can see that the bass is predominately down-picked. It sounds this way on the record too. Not 100% of the time on every part, but definitely on the main verses.

"Dont change a thing - for me......." what a stadium closer this was on the night I saw em at Rod Laver Melb for the KICK tour in ...hmm..'87 ish... Sublime. I will never forget this first BIG concert I ever saw.....Thats how to close the night...awe-some. Thx B/B RIP Michael Hutchence.

Great band, song writing and performances among the best… was at the Entertainment centre in Sydney in ‘88, still have the t shirt, singlet and ticket stub… “ calling all nations “… absolute class and such a shame….

Great version, everyone else seems to just leave out off-beat octave 'A's and other subtleties.

Thanks mate. Easy to leave out the octave A's ... but they're definitely there in the original. As well as a constant pump on the lower (open) A. Hard to play both in this context, so I went with putting both on the tab and playing the octaves when they occur.

hey man...honestly THATS what's sets THIS unique channel apart and on its own ....the nuances that most dont bother with Bass Base does....thats why I say Patreon IS so good - as a player that wants to be better every day. the rest are - well, just like the rest hahaha
