Dear Hans, it tied slightly different, but the same fly is known in Italy as ARPO and it is usually tied by a famous angler Angelo Piller. Hallo patoche 34, The IOBO Humpy floats as well as any CDC pattern. It floats well when dry, it sinks when soaked/slimed up. While it is a low floating pattern, the upright ‘wing’ makes it very visible on the water. Regards, Hans W
