Sir i have a call letter from NTPC but still coal India has not released any list of selected candidates and if they released I hope I will be there in list but till now I am in dilemma what to do which one to choose . And from my point of view I am open to join both the PSUs but I don't have knowledge about NTPC regarding mining. In pgcil work life is very poor you will have to live in substation with 20-30 people only in remote area and work hours can extend depending upon the need. NTPC is better than PGCIl.

NTPC will not give you NOC during training, Simpply provides an affidavit in the ESE interview if you get selected in ESE resign from NTPC, and join ESE. The bond may transfer.
