consult with your provider regarding your individual patient or if you are a patient . however , i must say in general terms it is not contraindicated to patient who takes blood thinner . as a rule of thumb , ask your provider before using it to make sure . sorry my answer is limited to make sure i’ll stay within the what is allowed to say . but im glad you asked .

2 weeks , extend when wound improves with it . Have a provider re-asses the wound . Once the wound is already dry , the ointment is no longer effective . It needs exudates to activate .
