Peace Cynthia, No, that is not what he's saying. He's saying that three of the tribes of Israel were scattered among the Gentiles (White people). Those tribes are Judah, Levi & Benjamin. All Israelites are Black but not all Blacks are Israelites. All of Ham's descendants are Black, but are not Israelites.
