yeah I never take phenomenal evil, it used to be good, but now it's lower value then that 70AP silver augment, probably worth only on Veigar with stacksourus augment. It also sucks that Zyra plants and a lot of other things like Brand burn doesn't trigger anymore, like I know it was broken, but with how many augments are broken in this game for tanks, that would just equalize a bit the play field.

pretty sure dot from brand still stacks it. it just has a 1 second cooldown so you get 1-2 stacks per cast instead of like 8

He also could of just gone Fimbulwinter over Kaenic there, the constant shields would of synergized with spirit visage and given unending dispair time to heal him. (he also could of just stayed on top of Illaoi instead of switching targets constantly and letting the Slow Cooker burn fall off)

He has 5 guns, every one is different. Shortest possible: Violat - slow and snare Red - heal Greenish/blueish - atack range Dark blue - aoe dmg (like titanic hydra) White - atack faster the closer u are to enemy (stackable dmg increase with each shuricken) His Q changes according to gun giving you different effects, same with R. W changes guns. No E, each gun has 50 ammo before it changes.
