I got one for $20 as well and was hoping somebody had made a video. It's awesome! It still won't fully replace a vacuum with a brush on carpet, and it has a hard time with chunks sometimes, but for picking up dust or for doing a hard floor, it's amazing. I use the crevice tool around baseboards, and sometimes just to vacuum a small area of carpet, and it works fantastically. Even when it _looks_ like you sucked up a little bit of stuff, looking at the volume of crap in the tank is always surprising. Another great thing is it's impossible to get a get it clogged for long, because everything is accessible and see-through, so you can just get to the obstruction directly, and remove it.

One thing I want to mention about the black part that you were saying on the beginning on that little black piece it's called a crevice tool all hand vaccums literally come with a piece like that just future reference its called the crevice tool

Mine did not seem like a returned product because I had to peel the two seals off to open the box. I did not get a pole extender! Just the handle.. I was so confused if it was supposed to be purchased separately but no! Why is mine just missing it? Ugh lol

Im sorry to hear that you didnt get the pole extender, if the box was sealed its possible that it just a manufacture error or returned item. Either way i would go to local walmart and exchange it.

My mother in law had the crevice attachment on, and then put the floor attachment on over that, making it slightly taller. I don't know if that's intended, but it does seem to work, and DEFINITELY works for storage! 😁
