It has been the actual performance of apps from App Store, the reliability, the security, the longevity, the battery, the display, the innovative and exclusive hardware technology like the first smartphone to have a display reach all 4 corners, or Face ID, or Apple AR. Now iPhone has PIP and a little more customization. Which was the only thing Android users had that was unique. Poor android users.
