Hi there bro..please enlighten me i am so so so worried about my phone..at first i was so happy that my husband bought me my dream phone which is IPHONE XS MAX last month of dec.23..(second hand) the batt health was 100%..3hrs ago when i tried checking my batt health was already drained at 90%..idk why it happen and they said they didn’t update the ios but i was doubtful of the wallpaper bcuz it already updated..and also i was struggling of using the “tap back” how many times do the tapping it won’t work all the time..and the 3rd part maybe it for me the worst part when i’m trying to check the imei/serial number the color of the phone it didn’t match it say it a gold one (which is i want) but on my the color of my phone is “space gray”but i have no choice bcuz they said this is the last unit they have..do you think they change the body case of the phone?.. Please bro enlighten me 😭😭 Sorry for my english im not that good..

Nowadays, not really recommend buying second because my friends also got the same case drop to 85% in just 3 months, but it can be fixed by replacing a new battery (there is no original apple battery unless you sent your phone to apple, other than that its just a 3rd party company that sells battery) Just replace the battery and it'll be okay. My friend using it for a year now and its going well. About the tap back feature, i guess idk how but, its just risky to buy second hand phone especially iphone.

it happen some times even if you are not using your iphone it will drop from 100 to 90% overnight which is normal if its backup is good enough to stay alive for a whole day then dont worry about % just enjoy using it :))
