Do not worry, I too faced similar issue.. my device was 18 months old Iphone 13 promax. I registered over the apple website. Since it is Manufacturing defect they changed for me. But there would be service charge 2500, were 2000 would be refunded after 2 months. 500 you will not get. Still better
