You can do a re-calibration at any time with the issues or without it’s good to do it to preserve the battery making it last longer. Usually iPhones or androids need a battery replace every 2 years if you are planning to keep the phone without upgrading.

This literally does nothing to your battery. Some myths will never die out it seems. You can perform a simple restart or force restart after update, i guarantee it will do more for you than “recalibration” 😂

I knew iOS 18.2 was unstable because my phone would be dying so fast it wouldn’t get warm or anything but the background apps were killing my phone the moment I updated to 18.2.1 it feels more stable and my battery is not being drain as much it feels normal again so who ever is on 18.2 I can confirm the battery issues is or app background refresh has been fixed.
