The only way to restore Image Playground app is to reset all settings of your iPhone or iPad. You should do Settings> General> Transfer or Reset> Reset> Reset All Settings. When your iPad or iPhone is turned on again, you should set up Apple Intelligence & Siri again. In this way, the Image Playground app that you deleted will be tried to be back. (Don't worry, your information and data will never be deleted, the device will just be restarted and it will go back to its old setting.)

Removing those apps + default apps setting would allow you to use non apple alternatives for those apps, if you’re so inclined. Or in short, increases users freedom to use their devices how they want.

I just got rid of my iPhone 16 pro Max for a Pixel 9 pro XL. All this stuff iPhones are waiting for exist already on the pixel. It is such a fun phone. Really a breath of fresh air after iPhone for 10 years. 18.1 beta was ok, android 15 is polished and so much customization!
