Just because it doesn’t stop the device from working doesn’t mean it’s not a problem. Sudden volume spikes are disruptive, and this bug has been around for a while without a fix. Also, keyboard sounds are a personal preference-some people like the feedback. And for the screenshot sound, it’s not about whether it’s loud by default, but the fact that the volume randomly increases unexpectedly. That’s clearly a bug.

if you use non-Apple earphone the keyboard sound will work even if you turn it off from settings

Gallery is also has a massive sound bug, I can even send you a screen recording of it happening. The sound playback of one videos keeps playing even when I scroll to another video and even when I'm scrolling through the app in general.

Bugs are apart of software regardless of the operating system (OS), it’s inevitable to occur at random and there isn’t much that can be done to prevent them besides software updates that address the bugs when they show up. It’s just how software works unfortunately. 🤷🏻‍♀️
