Nice video!! It's awesome to be able to organize photos within albums exactly the way you want and decide where they go. Quick question, though... is there an option to create shared albums?? And how private can those albums be??

Unlike Google Photos.. iCloud protects shared albums, so only invited people can access them. You can even limit their ability to add or delete content... Loving all these new perks on the 16 Pro.. though I still need a nice case to show it off 😂😂

I have iOS 18, and honestly, a big L to the control panel. I always accidentally click AirDrop when I’m just trying to turn on LTE if I’m not using Wi-Fi. And don't get me started on the photos-it looks so cluttered now. The only thing I really liked in this update is the math notes calculator and the ability to lock apps. Other than that, there's not much to love. Plus, for us with the base iPhone 15, we don’t even get to enjoy Apple Intelligence features. Overall, I’d say stick with iOS 17.7 or even 17. The new update generally sucks for me-it feels like the simplicity of the UI has just become more complicated. Customization was okay, not much of a big deal as I have come from an android phone before so it’s not surprising at all lol.

Hey Brandon, I haven’t heard anybody talking about this yet, so I wanted to share it with you and fellow subscribers: For iPhone 15 (Pro) users - iOS18 now allows the action button to be held down after launching the camera to immediately start taking video (similar to the camera control button on the 16s). So far I have only tested this when the action button is set to launch the camera in 'photo' mode. A convenient new feature for quickly taking a short video if you are like me and exclusively use the action button to launch the camera/take photos!

Spotlight search can also be enabled without use of the shortcuts app via the Back Tap gesture (Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Back tap).
