23:24 The gray building on the right overlooking Kinnick Stadium is the Stead Family Childrens’ Hospital and it is the inspiration for a relatively new, but very cool tradition at Iowa Hawkeyes’ home football games. At the end of the first quarter, everyone in the stadium turns and waves to the kids and their families.

I am glad you took a tour Of Iowa City and my Alma matter the University of Iowa. Much has changed since I lived there, but that is what a major flood (2008) and a tornado (2006) will do.
