Iowa Football: Is the new look Big Ten good for the Hawkeyes? Tom Kakert joins the show

Let's see how this offense looks, the defense will play well against any team but it's the offense that'll determine how legit they can play against any team. If Iowa can score in mid twenties regularly n hold the ball at least half the game giving that defense a rest between drives will be pivotal in their success.

I don’t see anything good for Iowa on the new conference. More teams to play in the former East , and 4 tuff teams from the former pac 12 . Playing out at the left coast is never good for Captain Kirk teams . Iowas win average will go down . I believe 25 percent of seasons it will be one more loss and 75 percent 2 more losses .

Ya do realize those teams also have to play each other as well. OSU has to play Mich, PSU, USC, Wash, Org n vise versa, NO team will come out unbeaten regularly like they used to either. Ya might have a two loss conference champion in next two to three years based on new formats. To say Iowa won't be there is ridiculous til we see their new offense because this defense can play against any of those teams. Org, USC, Wash, UCLA playing in Midwest in Oct, Nov, n Dec isn't going to be 75 n sunny like they're used to.
