IP Camera Bandwidth - How much it uses and how to measure

Good informative video 👍🏼 •A 4mp IP camera running at 25-30 fps, H.265, 70% motion activity. How much bandwidth would it require and do tell the type of poe switch to use (fast ethernet or gigabit). •I am planning on installing 16 of these 4mp IP cameras, what would be the required HDD space for at least 15 days worth of footage ?

Hai sir, I have a 16ch nvr with poe. by mistake one camera cabling length became nearly 200m. camera not working even I have provided seperate power supply for camera. is there any way to fix it,? changing mpbs in camera settings.. like that. please help. after 100m cut the cable there fix a normal switch will solve problem? please answer.

Put a small switch or realtor between the camera and the NVR (100m).

there are also devices that allow you to extend cable lengths to over 100m for ip cameras. i use the Veracity VOR-ORM OUTREACH Max when in this situation.

general cable has a cat6 cable that can go almost 900’.
