Hallo Tony, vielen Dank für Deinen Kommentar. Ja, einige der vielen Varianten habe ich in meiner Zeit ja auch gelernt. Diese ist die Version, die ich von Sam Kwok gelernt habe. Wenn man weiß, wofür diese oder jene Form sein soll und wie sie ausgeführt wird, kann man die eigene Form ja gerne beibehalten. Im Hinblick auf die Anwendung sollten die Formen sehr einfach und die darin enthaltenen Prinzipien bekannt sein.. Wenn das nicht klar ist, werden halt gerne neue Formen entwickelt.

Nice form, my only suggestion is use your gon dar as a strke extension palm instead of just a bar.

When i extend the arm, it gets weak, because the elbow joint locks and blocks the transfer of kinetic energy. The strike is contained in that position also: Siu Lim Tao teaches to generate energy at the last few cm of a movement, which is hardly to be seen in a vid. Thanks for the comment 🙏🏻🙏🏻

IRAS is from EWTO Wing Tsun, but it is wrong.

THIS is the right way to do the stand and the steps. Its great footwork if you know the difference. If you only know ewto wingtsun you may think this isnt correct. But Ip Mans sons and many other students of grandmaster Ip Man teach it this way. But you dont have to believe it. You can learn both ways and test and compare them.
