How refreshing!!! As an American who came to live in Australia 41 years ago, it pains me to see so much of the US value system creeping in to Australia. Social media seems to offer just as much of an opportunity to showcase international voices and get away from the US dominated concepts of 'success'. More education in Australia for the things we actually value!! More representation of how we are the most peaceful and cooperative MULTICULTURAL country on the planet today. Down with those pollies who think they can parrot the US talking point over here. And lastly, lets all rejoice when Rupert no longer holds sway on our media. Yes!!! Be bold and brave, Australians! You're so much better than the shallow, hatred filled Yanks.

My eldest did a school project and was told she was British by an indigenous teacher. Which was news to us as the ancestors came here as convicts. They asked the teacher when can I be indigenous. The reply - never, you are British. This was late last year and we have as a family talked seriously about moving overseas. Regardless of having family fight in world wars and being decent hardworking people, we won't ever be from Australia according to some parts of the country. Child is still quite sad and upset about it.

“Hi there, I’m sorry to hear this, but please remember your bub has a deep connection to this land - they are Indigenous to Australia, born from the land its heart and soul. As Jacinta beautifully expresses, their baby spirit is a gift from this land. As proud Australians, you have every right to stand tall and advocate for your child. This teacher needs to be educated about the richness of our shared culture. Never feel ashamed of who you are, because that is what makes you and your family extraordinary. Thank you for watching 🙏”

The most important aspect is that Colin’s Life, is in The Hands of Yeshua and His Helper, also Jacinta . Why because of the Double Jubilee decreed to finish with Marantha to The HARPAZO. On or before the 10th of October 2024. One Jubliee finishes, and then a short while the next Jubliee starts for a Miracle that leads to The Tribulation for 7 years.. trust you know this significant time that GodAlmighty has given Us.

What a fantastic guy. Almost wanting a Red Dog remake with him in the lead and what a fantastic tourism movie for Australia. It's a shame though that Jacinta is being used by the very Party that has kept indigenous people on their knees.
@1969cmp2 ай бұрын
I think Aboriginals keep themselves on their knees. Though many have got up and moved forward and live their lives. According to the Institute for Indigenous Training, 80% of people who identify as Aboriginal are doing just fine. But many are not and alcohol plays a massive role though it is up to the individual to choose not to let the grog ruin their lives. Many remote communities have schools but are not well attended, medical staff who risk their lives helping people. Infrastructure gets built by the government and destroyed by the people on communities. People need to make tough decisions that are good and stick to it, not to be taken off track by wayward rellies.
@SallySullivan-kg4ks2 ай бұрын
Jacinta has her own brain and is not being used. If anything she is using the party - those most likely to listen to her practical suggestions as opposed to those more interested in tokenistic posturing.
@megansummersides42552 ай бұрын
How ridiculous...if anyone is to blame it’s the Aboriginal grievance industry who have failed for decades. This is why Jacinta has called for an audit to find out where so much money is going and has gone, why marginalised people’s lives haven’t improved and hold those accountable (which has been denied by Labor, Greens etc) It definitely has nothing to do with funding and if you’ve listened to her at all she recognises that culture has much to do with it along with the reluctance of authorities to police such things as domestic abuse and sexual abuse in fear of being called racist. That in itself is racist.🙏
