You'll have to buy a screen capture card, streaming directly from iPad9 sometimes causes lag. Also low graphics will only run smoothly.

There is a capture card to record without a PC. But it's really expensive. If you wanna just stream from iPad only, codm is not recommended, there will be a bit of fps drops. You can try pubgmobile or freefire. Or you can just play MP matches alone in low graphics. Battle royale is a bit laggy.

It does heat when you use high or medium graphics. Battery is good. It lasts long.

It's because you must have been playing in phone before and the hud is according to that device. So you may click on reset button from the control button s arrangement and all the buttons will show aa per your ipad screen. Then arrange it once again
