your video did help me in crucial areas of the repair. i managed to save my severely damaged iPad after 6 years of it being cracked. At first. 6 years ago the 3 cracks were the length of the iPad but the small cracks were at the top near the camera and over time they chipped away even under the Glass Screen protector i immediately placed on her after the mishap. She worked great and flawless until two weeks ago when i dropped her on a corner and she cracked more and became inoperable. This repair saved her for the most part. My white background looks like a rumpled white sheet at the two top corners, but not a huge issue for me. The automatic rotating mechanism isn't functioning and I'm not upset about that at all. I did overheat the edges in 2 spots and they are evident but not intrusive in any way to me. Just be aware when doing this to constantly move the heat gun as opposed to stopping in one spot for even 5 seconds. I have anomaly of white sheet image in the background. and the screen rotation doesn't work, otherwise its all good!!

This is the clearest most explained video I’ve seen.....my daughters iPad fell from atop the car and cracked the screen! She was so upset.....unbelievably it’s till works fine! It’s cracked very badly...I just put a screen protector on it......it’s as soon as new! But I think I’ll try and fix it myself! Thank yo again!

Guys, just before the minute 12... if you do not disconnect the battery it will be dead after finishing Remember to disconnect the battery before removing any cables...

Sim, o meu queimou a câmera frontal porque não desliguei. E se você não desconectar, o ipad não vai iniciar após instalar tudo. Cuidado, não troque os parafusos porque lhe tará screw damage. Todos os parafusos tem uma medida milimétrica e se você põe um que arroneamente, atingirá a mother board.

Kg277 I tiny drop on each pad and allowing it to dry for 30 minutes before install and you'll be fine.

I swear they make this stuff very hard to Disassemble so that way you have to take it somewhere and pay somebody that does it every day all day long. Again a scam from Apple . The home button could’ve been easily mounted to the chassis without all these headaches as well as the antenna again Apple at its best
