Thank you James this looks like a nice challenge to try. I particularly like the snowy mountains fading off into the distance. Will enjoy doing this one. I must admit I’ve not done any of my own art for a little while I’ve just been doing your tutorials because they have given me so much pleasure. Will get back into my own art again soon I’m sure. I did my first digital landscape painting in Procreate in 2020 and if I'd known how to simplify the process I wouldn't have had to spend 6 months on it lmao. This tutorial was a bit confusing at times but was extremely helpful in helping me understand the basics of shape and how to work with the transform tool and brush settings. The tutorial was only a bit frustrating because I was trying to be a perfectionist. And UGH. water reflection was my enemy and now I know how to do it. It feels like because I was able to get a rudimentary version of this tutorial down on canvas that I might be able to add to it and apply this knowledge to future digital paintings!

Thanks for the tutorials, this has really helped me get into procreate a lot more which is awesome because physical painting is so expensive and now I can paint all nice, comfy in a blanket and making £500 worth of mistakes for free. If I could be bold enough to make a request, could you please do rivers? I can now draw lakes and some seascapes but rivers in forests are really hard for me mostly because they are shallow and translucent instead of purely reflective like a lake so its something I could really do with help learning to do.
