I'm wanting to upgrade the drawing tablet that I do have which IPad would you recommend? The current one I have I can only use if it is hooked up to my computer, which is fine but hard for travel.

A recent ipad air will do. It's literally like the ipad pro except the camera and it's compatible with the gen 2 apple pencil too

Biggest thing to consider is if you are going to get an Apple Pencil... I have the 7th gen 10.2 inch regular iPad with the first gen Apple Pencil and I like it pretty fine. But if you have the budget I would get something compatible with the second gen Apple Pencil like an iPad Pro or iPad Air. Also if you are a student I would take advantage of student discounts around august when the deals come out. Biggest piece of advice is do a lot of research and watch lots of review vids.

I saw a review where someone said they made art and they needed to pay to save it. and 2: This is something im going through but how do you go through a artist block. Clip studio on the ipad has 6 month free trial and then £3 per month subscription

Hello. Congratulations on the video. Can you tell me if drawing on an iPad is the same as drawing on a Huion or Cintiq canvas? (Regarding pen pressure on the screen). Because I work on a Huion and the Huion pen tip to be thinner than the iPad pen. So I had this doubt about being able to make fine lines on the iPad. I really want to be able to migrate from Huion to the iPad, but I'm still afraid of not being able to get a good response from the dash, you know? My name is Oren Junior. I think apps need to optimize for full use of the M1 chip. I’m sure once they start using the full capability of the M1 chip we’ll start seeing differences. Like the number of layers allowed with 600 dpi in Procreate.

The iPad is portable though, the big ass cintiq's you have to connect to a PC. the display ones are about a grand or two more than an iPad.

This is at a very high resolution. An android tablet would be a very bad mistake compared to an ipad. I love android, in fact i have a note, sadly its just not as optimized for the apps provided.

Wait wha? I created all of my manga on my ipad. You might want to look up some videos on ipads & apple pencil. They are the current best tables for art aside ones like Wacom and Huion and yet the ipads are still better then them since you need full computer just to run those other products.

Aaaaaah i see, yeah pretty much any of the table are good for them but if it is fully file based android has more access to files easier than ipads. My channels an art channel so i was under the impression thats what you were using it for haha.
