iPad Pro and Procreate Speedpaint | Night Campfire Animation 🔥

I'm so excited to share with you my first animation that was done in new Procreate 5! It's unbelievable to have a possibility to animate right inside the favorite app for drawing 😱
Procreate 5 is not released yet, thanks for @procreate for letting me try the beta version one of the first. Anyway, I'm sure that the public version will be ready really soon and you will check it out by yourself, so stay tuned! 👩‍🎨

Im wondering how you did the high lights at the end. I have the foreground for the pieces of wood and I'm trying to put high lights in my key frames but they wont show up. Great video though, I'm just trying to follow along and figure out how you did the layers etc. New to the animation in procreate.

how you make it glow, because gaussian blur will blur the whole image. is it separate layer for each outline of fire shadow?

You have to activate Animation Assist in Prefs tab in Settings.

did you draw the first and last frames first? and filled out the rest?

The first and the last frames are almost the same because it's a loop animation. So I drew all the frames one by one thinking of fire physics and then play with the first and last frames a bit to make the animation seamless.

Besides the drawing of the background and foreground the only thing that seems to be missing is switching layers and color but thats about it from what I can tell.
