Tips:
heat temperature 90⁰C
for the glass cuting I prefer molybdenum wire 0.06mm
cleaning the screen with isopropanol alcohol and Magic Sponge
I prefer Mitsubishi OCA glue
lamination press 5bar
autoclave 50⁰C for 15minutes
B-7000 glue on the end

Hey! For OLED displays machines are not necessary, then You have to use LOCA glue to put new glass. But for LCD displays, iPad displays machines are necessary. Then effect is as factory 😁

hey Jerry, nice Video, very nice explanation. I just stumbled upon this and i need to ask what are the two little metal "plates" for in minute 14.00? Are they like magnets and what is their purpose? Are they neccessary, cuz i think i lost mine when the screen broke and if they are important may i ask the name of them?

Hi! Hmmm.. I think it should work, but remember that after 2-3 months You will have a dirts under the glass. But it should work, test before glueing 😁

@@JerryMobilePL It happens on both screens my bro. My machine is TBK-408A. It measures in kpa the vacuum settings. It only goes up to 98 kpa. Anything above that my machine does not support :(

@@f_x9771 vacuum 98 is ok. Question is if themeasurer shows it correctly. Probably yes so problem can be in debubbler (pressure lower than 6bar) or lamination pressure is too low. OCA glue is very important too- I use only Mitsubishi and I never has a problem. About different noname oca.. I has the same problems like You

Apple make big shit.Between glass and aluminium frame must be rubber absorber,like for a Razer blade laptops.I get small hit and glass for Apple was brouken,but more bigger hit for my Razer and display stay still live.
