I found the best kept secret on the entire WWW, what that toggle button is next to the INBOX title on the top left of the app! After 45 minutes of looking (even on the readdle website), nobody points this toggle button out, let alone describes what it does. As usual, the most obvious is often the most overlooked! Do you have any idea what this toggle button does?

If I understand your question correctly, that may be the toggle to access each individual email account you linked to Spark. That allows you to choose one particular account to focus on as needed. If you only have one email account linked, I’m not sure it does anything.

PLEASE HELP! I just downloaded the Spark app on my iPhone 14 pro max today…….it was working fine for a while and all of a sudden when I open my inbox to look at my email, they are there one second, and suddenly swipe away before I can even read what I’ve got. Once it does that there’s a message that says “You’ve archived inbox zero!!” What is going on??? Did I accidentally do something to cause this, and can I undo it?? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi! I'm not sure what's going on. But you can open the Archive folder and retrieve any emails that made their way in there accidentally. Just go to the top left corner and click on the 3 little lines. The screen will slide over revealing your archive folder. Open Archive folder and read the emails that slipped away. If you want to move them back to the inbox, just tap and hold until you get a popup. Then choose Move. Then choose inbox. Then you're finished! Sorry this got confusing for you, but thanks kindly for watching. Hope this helps.

@@RichBowlin Nope, nothing in my archive box. In fact, I just checked my email again…..about 15 email showed up and before I could even click on one of them they all disappeared. Same message appears afterwards….”You’ve archived inbox zero!” There’s also a message under that that says “Tweet it”. This is just bizarre! 😞

@@DP-ih6nt I've never seen that before. Spark has been rock-solid for me. I don't like using anything that's wonky. The only thing I can think of is to delete Spark completely, and, if you want to try it again, reinstall it and set it up. Hope this helps.
