@@hometechvideo5068 Great video. I'm on the forum as well. I had a few cameras already, most of them from Andy, but only now I started really setting them up(I'm still working on my garage though). It would be nice, when you make the second part of this video, to have car headlights as well, not just a licence plate. Initial testing shows well, with 1/2000/HLC on.

It took me a while to figure out the stunnel stuff too. To be honest I gave up on it and went back to using a VPN instead... hah!

Thanks for the video. One question is, how does it perform when the car headlights are on AND there is partial illumination in the background due to some other light sources. As far as I understand, the IR lights turn on only when there is very low light. If we have partial illumination, the IR lights are off. So, we are not able to able to detect number plate. Any thoughts on how we can resolve it? Thanks in advance!

You can always go into the camera setting and set the IR to "manual". If I am understanding your questions right the IR lights on the camera are turning off when a car comes down the road because the camera thinks there is sufficient lighting? If so, manually keep the IR lights on during the "night" profile. (You should be using profiles or the IR will always stay on even in the day)

On the ConfigTool, I can't see any of my devices when I do a refresh. The only IP I can see is my computers IP at the very bottom. Suggestions? Thanks!!
