I had the same issue on an iPhone XR, I opened the phone unplugged and disconnected the battery and screen(which I don’t think is necessary, that’s what I did) connected everything and it went back to normal. I guess mine was a lose connection

Not bullshit brotha I tried 4 different chargers some after market and oem. Also plugged into pc and a wireless charger. Not everyone has the same problem as you.
