I’m gonna put a case on anyway, but I order the pacific blue, wondering if I should swap for gold, I like the warmer/creamier white more than silver/white ... ughh idk so difficult.

Question: do you think there is a difference between buying sim free iPhone from Apple vs. an iPhone that is unlocked and sim free using the Verizon link (also from the apple store)? One reason I ask this because the apple website says all the phones are unlocked. Also, because I just want to take my current SIM card (Verizon) from my iPhone X and put it into my iPhone 12 (if I order one) without having to start a 5G plan. IMO, white is both the best color (it hides the 'stove' on the back the best) and the most practical since it shows the least fingerprints (less of a problem on the satin finish of the Pros, obviously). Second to that would be the black or blue. And I do much prefer the matt edges on the regular 12s; those super shiny stainless steel edges on the Pros are too blingy for my taste!
