When I connect my Iphone 13 Pro Max phone to JCID Repair Assistant, It produces a 'QUERY FAILED' message and I am unable to unbind the phone. Any Ideas what is wrong?

Are the tag on flexes compatible between companies? I have an i2c tag on flex, but a JCID programmer. Would I still be able to do this process on a 14PM? Thanks
