@Y4cy 100% battery health. Man let me tell you something. The battery on the pro iPhone models varies. For example, a iPhone 11 Pro Max can actually have better battery life and more hours on average than a 13 pro simply because of the 120 hz display, and 5G. The iPhone 12 Pro actually lasts a day in battery life because it’s a pro model without 120 hz. I said 7 hours because that’s when it dies when it gets heavily used. All the pro model iPhones last a whole day is what I’m trying to say

RAM is definitely not the deciding factor between the iPhones being able to run Apple Intelligence. More processing power and the exclusivity of the newest and greatest is Apple's way of adding a unique selling point to the newer iphones.

Great vid! iOS 18 looks like it’s got a fair bit of stutter when scrolling on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Looks like Pro motion isn’t working as it should. It should be buttery smooth especially on the Pro Motion iPhones.

I’ve been using the beta on my 12 Pro Max. Definitely lags a little bit, especially games, but not too bad. Right now, the primary bug I have is that I cannot customize the Home Screen icons anymore. I changed from tint to dark style icons to see if there were any notable changes, but now I cannot customize the icon style at all. Tried restarting the phone multiple times, but no luck. Everything else seems fine. Battery life is not significantly worse than what it was prior to me updating it. If anyone has recommendations for fixing the customizing option, I’m all ears.

If they don't put 10-12 GB of ram on the 16 pro max, I wouldn't buy it in comparison to my current 12 pro max. If 8 GB is the minimum requirement for "Apple AI," then they need to put actual head room so that the phone won't become obsolete quickly. They are trying to make the iPhone 12 pro max obsolete after 3 generations because they were stingy on RAM. The a14 and a17 pro chips aren't much different, so the general performance of the phone is not the limitation. Just to note, the a14 has 11.8 billion transistors when compared to the 19 billion of the a17 pro. However, the a10 has 3.28 billion, nearly a 1/4 of the a14, indicating Apple's chip progression is slowing down rapidly. Also, if anyone says "who needs that much performance in a phone," we are paying a premium for PREMIUM.
