Your video is the only one I found that doesn't apply heat to the phone. I'm really glad I found it as I was very nervous about heating up the back of my phone. After watching your video, I made sure I had good lighting and I took my time. It was much easier than I thought it would be and I managed the removal and replacement in about 15 minutes. It now looks good as new and I no longer have dusty looking photos. Thank you so much for this video.

I wouldn’t. Just clean the place the lens sticks it and it won’t fall off.

Mine doesn't look like that.I have an iPhone 13 Mini and the replacement lens I ordered is about 8x thicker than what you're showing. It's as if you stacked 8 of those on top of each other. What gives?

No lol. You don't. You can try rubbing alcohol and a qtip, but there might just be glass stuck near the camera elements

Sounds terrible, but smack the phone on your hand hard a few times. There might be some glass stuck in the camera. If not, you might have to replace the camera, not fun

attempting to trade in phone but they won't accept without fixing the camera lens. The crack is minimal on the bottom lens and does not have a way to get under the glass cover. The top lens only has a small dent like you would see on the windshield of a car but much smaller. I'm assuming the only method is to damage the lens enough to get under it with a blade? Any other suggestions? If not can you recommend how to best break the top lens cover?

Well, unfortunately for me, it’s not just the glass that broke. Fortunately, there’s an iPhone 13 series here. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have its own playlist so I can’t find it on my phone. I suspect it’s in the repair series, perhaps , but I don’t know. Maybe I’ll try to find it on a PC someday . Does anyone have links for good videos on how to repair the rear cameras on an iPhone 13?
