thanks for the video, but I cannot install only one application (Instagram) on my new iphone. I transferred all my data from my previous iphone. They don't charge for most of the popular apps are free same as Samsung / Playstore. Some apps require purchase for premium options but that's same for both Apple / App Store and Samsung / Playstore.

Try signing out of your account on App store, restart it and sign back in. If it's your first time using your Apple account to download, it may require you to select a payment method in that case you can select "None" and you should be all set.
