Maybe you could put up a basic swiping video. That would be so helpful for those of us who have no idea what to do without the home button. Tips on how to reliably swipe would be great too. For example, I saw you rapidly swipe down the right side of the screen, but when I mimic that maneuver I only get to the control area about 30% of the time ... I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Swiping for newbies would be awesome!!

Is there a book that can help an old guy study the iPhone 13? I need to go back and forth between several elements to grasp the information needed. Videos don't do this very well for me. I've built houses, boats and cars; but this phone is cratering me.

I know what you mean. On the KZbin bar when you pause it it should pop up with options at the bottom for speed. As for a book I am in the process of making one but it’s taking a long time haha. Hopefully it will be done mid summer.

Fantastic tutorial. I am a Samsung user , always top of the line sine the Note 4. Everyone told me that would never be able to figure out and would not like iPhones. Yes, with Face-ID enabled it makes not so much sense to have an addional PIN reqest for the SIM. Maybe this is disabled by default?

Glad my video helped. I have a lot of iPhone tips and tutorials on my channel but I don’t have one on Android transfer. The process during the setup of the iPhone has an option when you just click transfer and follow the steps. If you already have your iPhone setup it might be more difficult, you would have to look up your phone and the iPhone transfer method. I’m sure there is a tutorial on KZbin.

Thankyou for video. I am noticing that under settings, sounds and haptics, there is good volume under under ringtone but text tone, new voicemail etc quieter. As well, when go to ACCESSIBILITY then Sound recognition the alarms etc are also quieter. I have tried following the steps to increase these volumes but nothing making a difference. This is happening on both my iphone 13 PRO MAX, and IPAD Air so have ordered the IPad PRO 11”. This is very frustrating as volume otherwise ok. Have cleaned the speakers etc.

I suggest you compartmentalize your videos by product type -- instead or in addition. I'm a new iPhone13ProMax owner, and that's all I care about right now; so navigating would be facilitated. Great work, by the way -- better than others that I briefly sampled. You might try selling your content to Apple -- it's better than theirs.

Liked the video, but I have a problem with the sound being turned off and I do not receive notification for calls or texts. I have tried changing focus to off, but it keeps going back to silent mode when I restart the iPhone 13. Please explain how to answer phone and deal with text messages. How do I receive messages?

Glad the video helped. As for answering calls, when the phone call comes in you will see a screen with the answer option. Texts appear in the messages app. Just open it and any messages that you have received will be there. If it’s empty none have come. As for the sound issue, the button on the left towards the top of the phone is the silent switch. Make sure it’s off. If it’s on you will see orange.

Great video!! However, I Decided against the iphone 13 because of the no home button which is important to me because i use the home touch key to get to my passwords & paypal etc. heard the iphone 14 will have the home button because of all the complaints about 13 not having it. So i will wait.

I , &. my wife are both…iPad users & are very happy with them, however, We both don’t bank’or do any purchases online, but we both considering a purchase of iPhone 13,& Want to start using Apple Pay for any purchases online :- but My question is… do we have to Sync our Apple ID.accounts from iPhone 13 to our iPads, or can subscribe to Apple Pay with 2different accounts ? Hi, you can definitely have a separate Apple ID on the iPhone but you won’t be able to sync information between the iPads and iPhone. If you don’t mind that then you are free to use a different apple id
