Well you seems the one who have never used a Samsung S series flagships because they have more aggressive screen to body ratio, thinner bezels and also curved screen around the edges. They have calmed down a little bit but still have thinner bezels than any iphone.

Yup. First couple of days with mine I noticed this. I wound up getting a few Spigen cases for my 13 Pro Max, with one specifically that eliminated the issue for me. I don’t like a bulky case tho. And the phone is large enough as it is without making it even more cumbersome to hold. Of the few cases I bought, the one that wound up feeling the least obtrusive was the Spigen Liquid Air Armor. Nice and thin, but still offers great protection. Plus I appreciate the extra grip as without a case the phone can feel a bit slippery to me. Spigen tough armor is another great case, but much bulkier feeling, of course with the advantage of added protection. Great for those that drop their phone often.

this happens to me on my old iPhone 6s... so yeahhh I think the app developers can also make adjustments to this by not pushing everything up against the edges of the screen... those suggested videos that are below the one that is playing, could be shrunk down so you don't accidentally touch them

They need to deactivate the border touch screen portion of the screen with yt, Instagram etc…
