This video shows how to insert, remove and set up the PHYSICAL SIM card on an iPhone 14. It uses a single physical NANO SIM card, not just an e-SIM.
If you got your iPhone 14 in the US, and/or you don't have a sim tray, you can't insert a physical SIM, only an e-SIM unfortunately!
