I have the same issue. Iphone 15 pro, 99% after 6 months. Battery been used between 20 and 80 percent. Yesterday it have 100, but this droped to 99. But my old Iphone 12, had 100% in 1 year(2022-2023).

Overall, I've a screen time of 6 to 6hr 40 mins and I've been using my iPhone 15 since the last 5 months and today it still stands at 100%. I charge from 15-20 till 80, usually switch off my phone before retiring for bed and charge my phone with the silicon case off.
