I got mine mid last week after preordering in September. I bought the Torras clear case while I waited for this one to come in. After three days, I have gone back to the cheaper Torras case. With the Ghost case, the clear plastic has a rainbow effect that I personally don’t like. Mine also came, out of the box, with noticeable scratches on the black MagSafe question mark. Lastly, I did not like the sides at all - It feels weird imo and there is open space around the buttons to allow in dirt and dust. It does look great but wasn’t for me.

i think the bottom lip is fine. If they were to make it more rigid they'd have to make the cable cutout smaller. I really appreciate the big cutout as the Pro has the capability to do more stuff. If i want to for example plug in a usb c to display port, they normally wont fit with a case on but in this instance, they would.

Got mine. I didn't like that the buttons match the material of the surrounding frame. Makes it hard to find the buttons.

Love my dbrand grip cases that I've had throughout the years. Love your review and how honest you are in real-word circumstances. Don't drop it just to test it. If I had to take a guess, that loose part on the bottom is a shock absorber. If you drop it, the energy has to go somewhere, and if the rubber is loose, it can vibrate that energy out. That's coming from somebody who enjoys physics, but is NOT a physicist. Imma order one for my Pixel 7 Pro now. I might end up getting one as a Christmas gift for a friend for their 15 Max Pro if I like what I experience.

I preordered the ghost case and ordered a nomad leather. I'm having the hardest time getting a case I like this time around. I had a Mous limitless walnut case I really like, but it literally started falling apart around the time I got my 15 Pro Max. I did order a Phone Rebel that they sent without a power button (!?!?!?). The replacement got sent to the other side of the country and isn't here yet (again !?!?!?!). Putting it on my phone though, it's uncomfortable to hold. They fixed the slipperiness, but went too far. I'm going to send it back, though it is a quality case. I just don't want to hold it, so it won't work for me. I would have just done another Mous, but was shaken by my previous one coming apart. I hope this Ghost case or the Nomad works.

I just wish they would re-release the Grip case for the 14 Pro series with better magnets. 😭 Edit: Got my Ghost and I definitely like it more than the Grip. For me, it beats the Cadaube cases in terms of comfortably holding a phone in a case.

That bottom is a deal breaker for me. Thats soo way too weak. Youre hardly pulling on it and it’s flexing off the phone hella easy. They 100% knew about this, it would be impossible for them not to know. All they had to do was phase it into a thicker type of material. Idk if the Pitaka pro 4 cuts from airamid fiber half way on the sides into the TPU compound I believe it is that then wraps around the front is a good comparison. The reason I say that is because we all know the weave aramid fiber look on the case I believe is a cover up material. So they may have just cut off the aramid fiber looking wrap half way but you can understand what I mean. Could have used a different material on the bottom. Especially taking this long to release the case. They know how picky we are, I would have coped that case if it wasn’t so weak down at the bottom. No way they expected us to not complain and be satisfied with that issue. No way would I of gotten the first mold of this case and just thought, well it does that because of the cutouts at the bottom, gonna have to live with that. Come on dbrand. You had me until he pulled on that bottom. Thankfully I didn’t order one and I hope you decide to fix that issue quickly and get the updated case out quickly. If not, the case beads won’t rock with it. After what’s ordered, I feel they won’t sell well unless that’s fixed. That issue is unacceptable. All the attention to detail and you decide to let that slide. Nah.

Update - finally got my ghost case yesterday. Looks clean af with my white iPhone 15 pro. Love how slim it is and I definitely think people misunderstood your magsafe test. The magnet is plenty strong, not pitaka strong from the iPhone 13 series but still pretty strong! My wallet and battery pack are not going anywhere when attached. The grip on the sides are really nice too! If I had one gripe, it’s the fact that once I finally got shipping info it still took 2 more weeks to get to me. Time will tell how it holds up but this by far is best clear case out right now

iPhone needs to offer an option for the back to be clear. Not make a readily available phone with it but an option when pre-ordering the phone. The back is glass anyways so why not throw some strong plastic with the glass ontop so you can actually see the back of the phones internals. I’ve seen it done 2nd hand and it looks clean asf.

Clear cases trap dust. With no microfiber backing it'll eventually scratch the aluminum finish. I've always avoided them just for that.

@@aknzeyrek7983 I use it more than my other 7 cases. It's beautiful and feels great in the hand. That being said, the scratches it picks up quickly threw me off a lot. The only saving grace is that the Natural Titanium colour of the 15 PM hides the scratches pretty well. If you're willing to tolerate that, then feel free to get it. Dbrand also said they will release an improved version in April next year. So you can wait for that if you want.
