iPhone 15 ProRes LOG in Bogotá - Cinematic Footage (BlackmagicCam App)

With the new iPhone 15 Pro, it is finally possible to film 4K videos in Apple ProRes and in the flat LOG profile. With the BlackmagicCam app, you can expose manually, set the compression and have tools such as Zebra or Peaking, which are otherwise only known from professional cameras. I used my trip to Colombia to try it all out. And the result is ..., see for yourself ;-)

Es ist wirklich verrückt, wohin die Reise geht. Ich hatte in letzter Zeit einige Veranstaltungen, wo sehr viele Leute am Start waren. Man musste sich immer durchschlängeln und das Geschehen nehmen wie es war. Hier ist ein Dreh mit viel Equipment immer sehr anstrengend und auch nicht so save. Daher habe ich auch nur mit dem Iphone 15 Pro gedreht und ich muss sagen, für einfache Social Media Geschichten unglaublich cool!

Man muss aber auch mal Blackmagic ein shoutout geben. Eine komplette Pro-Software kostenfrei, ohne Werbung und verständlich. Dadurch ist so viel mehr möglich. Gepaart mit deinem Können-optimal

Das stimmt. Sehr geschicktes Marketing, insbesondere mit der Anbindung via Cloud an DaVinci Resolve. Ich bleibe trotzdem bei Adobe Premiere! :)

I really like the Xperia 1 V and the new iPhone, both are great - it's hard to decide because it really depends on your preferences. You can also check out my Xperia videos and compare them. I really like both for filming and photography to be honest.
