I feel like the Pixel 9 Pro has gotten a software update recently improving its photos.

My main concern and question is which device produces images & video that was more accurate to what was seen in person? Im not really into what has more detail (though it is a bonus) or which one is better. I want more "true to life" images & video.

both photo and videos look better in pixel imo. video has a wonderful color tint almost like film cameras.

Two things I noticed is that the Pixel microphones sounded awful especially when walking. Was there something hitting the phone? Also the Pixel did not handle stabilization as well, noticed a lot of shaking while taking a step.

Love the photos on the Pixel, better colors and overall look. iPhone's are good too, with slightly more details, but I just don't like the look and the muted colors. But videos are definitely better on iPhone.

iPhone 16 Pro is disappointing this year in terms of camera. Everything seems like washed up and over-sharpened. My children's faces sometimes are little green :D I took already many pictures and recorded few videos. Not really happy with results. And those lens-flares....... What is great with it, is Dolby Vision video. This has no competition.
