My iPhone 13 is annoyingly slow after under a year. It’s harder to notice unless you use these newer phones but they’re significantly faster, and iOS 18 made my 13 slower

Well in my case I had to upgrade because my screen stopped working all of a sudden and I got it replaced twice and it had cost me crazy amount. Better I chose to upgrade.

To be honest there is no much difference in real life performance between iPhone 13 vs 16… may be you will have 0.5 to 1 second faster response and for that you want to pay extra makes no sense. Better deal is iPhone 13 even in 2024 you can get with solid discount with another 4 years (until 2028) of iOS updates n support !!

The only difference is the camera a couple buttons and the Dynamic Island and if you just want a phone to watch KZbin and text people there is no difference but people who makes videos or is a photographer I guess there is a reason to upgrade your phone

This is a wrong comparison. Should compare iPhone 13 Pro with iPhone 16 . The iPhone 13 Pro have 120hz .. I can not find any comparison with 13 Pro which you can find an excellent refurbished that cost the a half price of iPhone 16.
