I got a 4s for Christmas, and let me say, very impressive. It is durable, fast, and now is going down in price. I personally like the thicker feel to it, and I dislike the feel of the 6 and 6 plus. Although they don't actually bend, I feel as though I will bend them just from holding them. If you want a fairly cheap, nice phone, I recommend a 4s.

You got it wrong guys I never said the android was in any way slow, the experience is simply better on iPhone, the point of my comment was, even with such old hardware it still manages to deliver better experience than a much more powerful android phone, a better example would be, take the iPhone 4S it's much weaker than the Galaxy S3, yet the iPhone 4S is running the latest iOS, while S3 is still stuck at Jelly Bean, after which KitKat, Lollipop and Marshmallow came out.

Yeah, no point upgrading from 4 to 4s. The display is the same, the amount of ram is the same etc. The only difference is the processor is a dual core 1ghz rather then the iphone 4 single core 1ghz and the camera is a bit better. ridiculous, stick with iphone 4. The antenna issues are easy to fix aswell and you can (optional) overclock it to a higher ghz to perform faster. I also preferred the glass backing aswell, made it less durable but unique.

You guys that say that there is no difference, compare an iPhone 4S to an iPhone 4 while both are running iOS 6. iPhone 4 is really laggy, and it's getting slower and slower as more updates come out. In addition, it will eventually be discontinued when iOS 7 comes out as it won't be able to run it properly.

I'm not the person you replied to, but I can say that you must be willing to pay an extra 100 bucks for a slightly better camera, slightly faster speed, and Siri. If you want a better camera and speed than I can understand, but you should not get the 4S just because of Siri, especially if you have it on another device (ex. I have it on my iPad Mini). All these stereotypical apple user comments. The 4S is more future proofed than the 4... With the 4S you're getting an 800MHz Dual Core Cortex A9 (way more of a boost than what the 4 has). In which the 4 is running on a single core 1000MHz Cortex A8, which is not bad, but not great either. Along with the Graphics you're running PowerVR 535 on the 4, and on the 4S you have a PowerVR 543. All i'm saying is that the 4 will go out of date a lot quicker than the 4S.

buy an iPhone 5, the iPhone 4s can run on iOS 9, but is known to be painfully slow, the iPhone 5 is still very capable for iOS 10, as well as iOS 9. The a6 chip is still very capable in the 5, will help in games, plus the iPhone 5 has a bigger screen, and i feel is more durable, as the glass on the 4s is fragile, have fun :)

Well the iPhone 4S also has better call quality and doesn't drop calls as often. It doesn't have as good a battery life as the 4, due to its data, speed, etc. it all depends on what you need in a phone.

I think there is too much emphasis on speed, Speed may be 10% faster on a PC, printer etc. Lets face it, does 1 second really make a difference to your life. If so: GET OVER IT

TheAdrianGarza My iphone is still on ios7, no update in sight, not even one to speed it's slow laggy ass up. And it's been like this since iphone 5 came out. Excellent software support hey?.... dolt
