Does it affect any like mic or speaker when u remove the whole camera? Need to remove camera for government use.

It does but there is a work around. Just cut the camera lens and leave the reset of the cable. That cable has ambient sensor and proximity sensor on it as well as the year speaker hook up.Just cut the lens and refold the cable back in as if the camera is there.

I have a problem with siri not working or FaceTime voice when using front camera. Doing online research seems like it could be the front microphone thats at fault. Ive tried cleaning it out but its very muffled and you really need to shout into it. To change the front microphone, Do i need to change out the whole part that you have shown in this video ?

Yes. Changing the entire ribbon cable will fix your issue.
