iPhone 8+ user; battery is pretty good. 16 hours a day of constant use: wifi, apps, KZbin (evening at 30/40%). I think yesterday my data was finished so I had to go with no internet the whole day. Got out of the house at 7:30 am got back home at 8 pm. My phone was still at 40%. Pretty good. Camera is 👌🏼. I'm just mad there's nothing to take a picture of. I took a picture at night a few days and I wish I could post it. It looks so pretty. 😩

I just switched to the iPhone 8 Plus from my Samsung Galaxy and I was having such a hard time choosing between the iPhone and the Note 8, but I’m totally glad I switched to iOS. I thought it wouldn’t have everything I needed, but it pretty much does. I even downloaded the Google Search app on my iPhone and it works better than it did on my Galaxy. Everything on the iPhone works so smoothly and efficiently. Some of things on iPhone I can’t imagine being as fluid with a Note 8. Nonetheless, the Note 8 is great. I would know because my dad has it. But overall, my phone experience has almost felt rejuvenated after my upgrade. I can practically do everything I did on my galaxy (some exceptions of course, but nothing important).

This test can’t be totally justified in your average real world person, but this is more of a straining test using the most drainage features (GPS, Camera). Your average person who uses things like Instagram, Snapchat, KZbin, Internet, Spotify, will probably end up getting more battery life than he did. Plus he was in the heat and Sun, which consumes drains battery quicker. Us everyday people will likely be in a conditioned room or indoors when using our phones, thus drainage may be slower.

I'm not an iPhone FanBoy, but for me, the design looks awesome! I'm not a fan of the whole screen displays, yet they are awesome, what I really need is a screen that can have vibrant colors, and accurate images, stepping aside exaggerated pixels and not too sharp images. If the screen is accurate in specs and real colors, it doesn't bother me in terms of frames, but I have to be honest, to much of it, it's also bad. (Hello Sony) When you took Cookie's Selfie, talking about how accurate it was, as far as I can say, It was incredible insane, yet the colors were overexposed, but at the end, it was a picture, I can definitely see my self posting through Instagram and Twitter. We didn't listen to the audio, so I'm gonna go, with what you said, about the 25%. Wireless charging was insane, from 1% to 65% in 30 min, unbelievable! Yet it's expensive. Most Android Flagships include it, on the price and iPhone don't, yet it is quite more expensive. That is a big mistake for Apple, but we now, Apple is like toys, almost everything sells separately 😟😟😟. GPS can kill most of the phone on the market right now, yet they have great control of how the manage the battery 🔋 still, GPS drain the battery way too much. Like you always do, you didn't test the Network, like in other devices, and most important, you didn't show us with much detail the Double Camera. You only made a simple video with your automatic scooter and that was it. Nothing else. As far as I understood, the pictures you took, with the fountain backwards, were with the front camera, what about the Dual Camera? I think you should do another video, explaining that feature with a lot of details. When your wife, took a selfie, she looked amazing, like a sexy chocolate. What I meant is that the iPhone make her look like a Kit Kat chocolate, great colors and also on her eyes, she had a lot of definition and as far as I saw, the complete photo was amazing! Also you didn't talk about the Chip A11 and it's performance. The only complains about iPhones are always the price, no slot for Micro SD Card and no OTG Lighting Type. Those are my options on this Flagship and to rate it from 0 - 10... I will give it an 8.5, due to what I have been describing on this post. Greetings from Mexico City, Mexico.

My opinion on the iPhone X and 8 Plus (which I got coming from a 6S plus); The X is a first gen product. I'm not willing to "try and test" the facial scanner, absence of the home button, "the notch", etc. for the $1100 base model. I just can't justify adjusting to all the changes for that price. I think I'm just paying for the new looks, anniversary HYPE, and features it has which feels like a downgrade to me. I unlock my phone a lot without looking at it so I'm just sad they had to let go of the home button. I use the control center a lot and I don't want to go through the trouble of getting used to swiping down from the right side to get to my controls which seems like a harder task than swiping up. The screen is 5.8 inches. yeah it's a bit "taller" than the 8 plus but it's narrower and that "notch" is just an eye-sore to me. I love the width of the 8 plus where I can get more content on it. Oh yeah! not to mention the delays and backorders! by the time most people get their iPhone Xs it'll be a few months before the next iPhones come out and I'll be trading in my 8 plus for the X plus IF it's more refined than the X. Or I could just sell my 8 plus and get whatever Google offers (Pixel 3 XL) next year LOL because I'm actually happy with my iPad pro 10.5 which serves as my laptop. just putting out my opinion out there. might help some people deciding on grabbing the X or waiting for next year's iPhones.

I don't really like the notch so I hope they make the "ears" black to blend it in and make it uniform. looks cleaner that way. we'll just wait and see in the years to come. oh yeah, we'll have roughly 10 months of reviews for the X to see how it performs based on different reviewers' opinions and preferences. so for the mean time, we'll surely enjoy the blazing fast 8 plus and all its great features.

If you want fast charging, yes. But if your phone lasts the entire day then you arent going to care that it isnt fast charging when you plug it in overnight. It'll be at 100% when you wake up in the morning regardless. Also, many people have gotten an overall faster charging experience by using the iPad charging brick instead, which is only $20 apparently.

1. It’s not “long press” it’s 3D Touch. Press harder and you’re there, you don’t have to wait for millisecond. 2. You don’t need to turn the personal hotspot on your iPhone. You just use your Mac navigate to WiFi icon on top, press on it and you’ll see your iPhone down in the list. Press and you’re good to go. You’ve just activated the personal hotspot without touching your iPhone.
