iPhone 8 is still good in 2023. Everyone is saying you need 11 or plus to be modern. But even iPhone 6s still gets security updates on iOS 15. I have a red iPhone 8 plus and it’s fast and still has a reasonable camera. I replaces the battery so it’s at 100% health. The battery goes around 1,5 day of much use.

And one crazy thing is that my previous iphone (7)’s taptic engine broke because i was addicted to pressing the homebutton when i switched from android with very loud and old vibration motor.

Yeah. It does have a bit of separation near the bottom and top. I think it’s due to the battery expanding. Ima replace it and see if that fixes it

Wow! I think the iPhone 8 is great for 2023. Although it could be old it still has great camera quality, not laggy (sometimes). Its also great because i personally think people would find the home button more useful instead of having a hard time of swiping up and down, you know? 😂
