Huawei P30 has a better camera, better screen, expandable storage, USB Type-C connector, Mini-Jack output and better battery life. iPhone 8 is IP67 certified, wireless charging and the best speakers. The question is also whether you prefer iOS or Android. For most people, the Huawei P30 is better. It is IP67 certified = FRESH water resistant to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes and dust resistant. It is not recommended to put it under water, it is resistance, not waterproof. If your smartphone is broken or has already been opened/disassembled, the certification is removed. Risk taking when buying used or refurbished.

I wonder if Huawei will ever release their own OS. I saw videos, blogs, and rumors about it. It's going to be interesting to compare iOS and Huawei's OS (HarmonyOS?)

What phone are you* planning to get? Amd its crazy to see that the iPhone sometimes performs better than newer phones, if you are paying top dollar, you'd expect this things to happen. Got a S7 on launch date and its as fast as it came out 4 years ago, was my personal phone till January when the screen just went "I give up"

@@TechthroughToni and thats also why a older flagship is still a better idea (sometimes). Would go back to my S7 cause it gave me the least problems that shames my A30s. Would get the screen fixed though XD
